Prof. Dr. Ganeshrao Deshmukh completed his B.E. Civil Engineering from Government Engineering College, Amravati and completed M.E. Structures from Government Engineering College, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

He is working in reputed engineering college from last 20 years and taught 13 tough subjects of civil Engineering.

In order to motivate the students of maharashtra, he has been invited as a motivational speaker in many reputed institutes like VJTI Mumbai, D. Y. Patil Engg college Pune, Sandip University Nashik, Vikhe Patils Medical College Ahmadnagar, etc.

Along with that, he guided the students of Maharashtra on how to study and how to choose a career by publishing 80 articles ( Abhyas Mantra ) in various leading newspapers.

In the field of literature, he has published the Abhyas Tantra book (Which Explains the effective study techniques) and Vichardhan book (a collection of 2500 motivational thoughts).

Apart from this, Strength of Material book of Dr. Deshmukh is very useful for engineering and polytechnic students.

Prof. Dr. Deshmukh’s work in educational, literary and social fields has been honored with many national and international level awards like best teacher award, best social worker Award.
